I have 3 skillets, a pressure cooker and TFal pots and pans. I too prefer the cast iron. I recently bought one of the green non stick skillet and like it a lot. You have to treat it with oil over a flame on the stove to season it. It truly is non stick and easy to clean. I am on need of new pots and pans also and want non stick do ill be paying attention to comments here.

Its a bit expensive but IMO well worth it, Cooks Essemtials from QVC. Has a lifetime warrantee, have had to return 1 piece in approx 15 years and there were no issues with receiving the replacement piece. Runs about $125 for a 10 piece set.

I have Cooks Essentials hard anodized aluminum and it is ok but I have been purchasing pieces of Princess House cookware and it is the best I have ever had. It is not cheap though.

I have some low cost commercial cookware for frying...cheap stuff that works good and easy to replace when it gets worn. (non stick)
I also have some Dutch ovens that are colored cast iron...you can grill with these too....also some non stick cast iron skillets

I use an inexpensive non-stick pan for scrambling eggs and my 30+ year old Revere Ware. I love this set! Copper bottom, stainless steel, easy to clean, even heat, durable and still really nice looking after over 30 years. A little pricey, yes, but it has paid for itself many times over.

Revere Ware. I never was a big fan of teflon pans.
