There will ALWAYS be People that will NOT take RESPONSIBILITY for Their OWN ACTIONS. We have a Police Department and City Council Members that can't OR won't take the actions that are needed to clean up this Town and the Trash in it. Maybe those HIGH DOLLAR Camera's would be better use at Marilla Park. As for making THOSE "Government Bennies" They would all scream how unfair it is to make Them dirty Their Hands. It is unfair to me the taxpayer to have a substantial portion of my income deducted to pay for the government social programs. We as taxpayers need to demand that if benefits are paid out some form of labor is received in exchange. Surely these recipients are capable of doing some form of work to better our surroundings or society. Demand until You're blue in the Face. You will NEVER see any of those "Recipients" doing that kind of Work.

I'm not sure I'd say it "speaks VOLUMES"? This is the First I've heard of Teddy boy wanting to give His Childhood Home away. I can just image the Rules You have to abide by in order to take Property. First Rule- Teddy is to stay with the Property.

The deadbeats need something for breakfast, to wash down their spud nuts.

You know what drives me crazy... the amount of Polar pop cups everywhere. I can't count how many I pick up. Yeah that along with dirty diapers, emptied full ashtrays, McBarf's garbage, and when people walk their dogs and just let them CRAP everywhere without picking it up! God, that just irks my butt! Today I was at the stoplight at the corner of Bridge and Bloomington when I witnessed a woman driving a nice car just chuck out of her window in the street her empty cigarette package. I happened to have been driving my husbands truck or otherwise had I been in my toy car I would have LAID on my horn, big time, and yelled PIG out my window! UGH................ yes I know people are pigs, and the real pigs get a bad rap from that statement. I haven't ventured out to Marilla Park ever since that one couple got robbed out there, but I don't even want to actually see what it does look like now. M

Cleaning up the park could possibly be a way to complete "Community Service" hours due to a court order.

Seriously it's to bad that some of these retired people couldn't volunteer for that job..I know that some of them would quickly be whipped into shape then! Probably can't happen due to some liability reason, of course they have more rights then we do.......ppffttt! M

Some flashing red and blue lights would help.

M ) I was the Neighborhood Watch Community Service Coordinator and was supervising workers to pick up trash, scrub off and paint over graffiti, etc. I resigned when I felt that the City's declaration that I was an illegal resident undermined my ability to perform the duties. I don't think they ever refilled the position.
