LOL....too many clues Dave. Only one HOF Pitcher I can think of that was a Ranger. Nolan Ryan. Nope. Hhe got that Cy Young w/ the NL team. The Cubs. Saw him on tv the other day. Only Canadian in the HOF.

Oh gosh, tricky Dave. Fergie was my fav too! Forgot all about his years with the Rangers. I think his first year there he got his groove back. He pitched awesome and a LOT of innings. It was as if he was out to prove to the Cubs and everyone else that they were wrong in getting rid of him. Phillies drafted him, put him their minor leagues and later traded Fregie to the Cubs. Very short sited. He also played one year with the BoSox. Now that would make a heck of a trivia question MM. He was a great pitcher and he still is just a wonderful guy! Could not sing the 7th inning song worth a flip. LOL

YUP. My roomie flunked out of college twice fixing VW cars instead of studying. He eventually taught college at Corpus Christi State. No kidding. He taught "Roughnecking" on oil rigs 101.
