Lincoln is correct. "Thomas" as a hint, is sort of a stretch. A better hint would be to say they both served at the same time.

That would be correct. Davis's middle name is Finis. His father wanted him to be the last child. He was. That holiday was still celebrated in Dallas when I arrived from Streator. My roomie from Tyler, Tx. was always calling me a darn Yankee.

As soon was you said "I like Fords" my first thought was Carroll Shelby. I knew he won Lemans, but thought he was later in life. So honestly I had to search the internet to make sure. Are you considering 36years old a young man?

2 (famous) drivers have won both the Indy 500 AND stock car's most famous race, the Daytona 500. They were both racers from the same era and won Daytona 5 years apart. Who are they? One of my favorite drivers, Mario Andretti, and one of my least favorites AJ Foyt.

Hard to beat you up on those easy racing questions Dog. Didn't Foyt race some kind of Coyote? That name seems to stick in my head. Yep, you are correct.

I played for the St Louis team. My career batting average was .000. Who am I?
BTW Shelby was the correct answer to my question. I had no idea he was that old at Lemans. Amazing innovator/businessman!
