We always loved the board games Trouble, Monopoly and Life. Otherwise, we were outside playing. Mainly the girls would do gymnastics in the yard all day long.

Loved Dodge Ball, Dodge ball, and Dodge Ball.

we played most all board games as a kid and dodge ball was also fun in junior High, then of course flash light tag was popular. Then at (14( years old we play chess, a lot of it, we also like riding motorcycles / dirt bikes.

We played a lot of hide-and-seek. I grew up by the stink creek and there were always places to hide. We also played a lot of euchre. We played on the picnic table and if the police came by we hid our pennys so they would not catch us gamling. Many board games and red rover. We had a neighborhood full of kids and it was a great place to grow up.

Yep, we played games like hide n seek, red rover, tag, red light/green light at dusk, while all the parents sat n visited. Then we'd catch lightening bugs, and beg to stay out longer. Lol.
During the day, we'd build forts, ride bikes down red hill, and play baseball, football.

Kick the can at dusk was neat. Olli Olli Oxen ....ALL IN FREE!
My sister & I played a lot of canasta with a double deck of cards in the basement in the Summers.
We also played marathon Monoploy games lasting days.
I did a lot of hunting & fishiing in the woods about a mile behind the K of C Hall.

I edited that out of my post, I figured it would be controversial. It's a wonder the old hood isn't teaming with demonic spirits. Didn't your generation ride your bikes down red hill?

Red hill was leveled soon after we moved in. Maybe '83-'84?
