I would think that today's game would take Rodgers out of the running for the league MVP. He may be a good quarterback but it appears that packers success is a product of their system.

And how cool, to think, we have more to in which to look forward. Go Pack.

This comment denigrates Flynn's "career day" and elevates a system of X's and O's over the QB's who run it. The same thing has been said about the Patriots and Colts. OOPs!!! How did the Colt's system do this year without Manning?

How did the Colt's system do this year without Manning? The same has been said about New England and Indianapolis and in the case of New England it is probably true. When Brady missed the season a couple of years back, New England didn't really miss a beat with Cassal playing. Cassal hasn't come close to duplicating that success at KC. The point I made is relevant when you look at Indianapolis this year. You can say that the colts recent dominance was a product of their system but it seems obvious that it took an MVP quarterback to make it work. I'm not saying that Rodgers is a bad quarterback, I'm just pointing out that after seeing what Flynn was able to do against a decent Detroit defense, that Rodgers may not be the Most valuable player this year and that the packers would have had a really good year with or without him.

I'm surprised the refs didn't give the onside kick to the packers too. Was that ref reviewing that fumble watching the same replay as everybody else?

That's what happens when you are a one dimension team with no defense.

it looked like the refs were trying to give green bay a win. Rodgers just didn't have it in him today.

I'm not really sure if I would blame Rodgers for that loss, dive. I seen a lot of those throws were completely catchable. They still had a helluva season. Maybe next year it will be the Bears and Packers in the championship game again.

They looked like crap.. Goes to show you can be the best team all season and have a losey game in the playoffs and its all over..
I guess I would rather have a losey game and get knocked out than have a losey season and not even be in the running

That's what happens when you are a one dimension team with no defense. Keep your day job. Football analyst...uhhhh...no. (Psssst...the Pack were 15-2 this year.)
